About the role
Responsible for cleaning, packaging, and shipping poly ingots in line with operational standards. Provides holiday cover for dispatch and stores activities, ensuring continuity of operations. Also supports other stores’ functions as required, contributing to effective inventory management and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and inspect InP poly bars in accordance with established operational standards
- Weigh, photograph, and package each bar while maintaining accurate ingot identification for full traceability
- Prepare finished goods (ingots, poly bars, and wafers) for dispatch, ensuring all packaging and documentation are complete and compliant
- Maintain and update stock records for wafers and ingots as required
- Provide support to the stores function when needed to ensure smooth logistics and inventory operations
- Undertake relevant training to support role development and operational effectiveness
- Assist with internal and external audit activities
- Perform Quality checks on goods received.
About you
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work closely and communicate with all levels of staff.

- Demonstrate good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise strict deadlines
- Detail orientated
- A problem solver, use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems that may arise
