About the role
The position supports the sales and order fulfilment process from end to end, handling customer orders, documentation, invoicing, and dispatch coordination. It ensures accurate maintenance of sales, export control, and credit records while producing regular performance reports and statistics. The role also involves close collaboration with the wider Sales team to deliver efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders and prepare internal sales and production documentation
- Generate invoices and complete all relevant shipping and export paperwork
- Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers
- Maintain accurate sales records and produce regular reports
- Manage export control documentation in line with company policies, requesting updated customer forms where required
- Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- Support credit control activities and upkeep of customer account records
- Compile weekly and monthly sales statistics and performance data
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, delivering a high standard of service
About you
- Experience in office administration.
- Knowledge of Export procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of FedEx & DHL – desired
- Knowledge of Dangerous goods is desirable
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
