About the role
Responsible for accurate, compliant, and timely inbound and outbound material movements. Ensures inventory integrity, proper documentation, and coordination with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities – Receiving
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO, packing list, and ASN
- Perform ERP transactions (receipts, put-away, lot/serial traceability)
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, damages, or documentation issues
- Ensure materials are labelled, staged, and stored per SOP and EHS requirements
Key Responsibilities – Shipping
- Prepare outbound shipments (domestic & international)
- Generate shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, MSDS)
- Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and schedule pickups
- Ensure compliance with export control and customer requirements
Key Responsibilities - Inventory & Compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO discipline
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories
- Adhere to ISO, ITAR, and customer-specific requirements
- Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready warehouse areas
About you
- 2+ years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- ERP experience
- Familiarity with high-value or controlled materials
- Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is desirable
- International shipping experience
- HazMat or IATA training is desirable
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
